Close to Lake Tahoe, popular Tahoe Beaches, Heavenly Resort Skiing, Stateline Casinos, & Tahoe hiking trails. A private deck with gas bbq/outside dining is separated from the great room only by a slider door, providing an indoor/outdoor living area protected from the Tahoe weather & shaded from afternoon summer sun. Two car garage & driveway offer parking for four cars. The final touches have been completed on these splendid new Lake Tahoe Vacation Rentals, & they are finally ready for our Tahoe guests this summer!

These six Lake Tahoe Vacation Rentals each have: 3 Bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 bathrooms, a large great room with vaulted ceilings, 2 car garage with EV charger, private deck, gas BBQ, outside dining, and gorgeous interior design. The vacation rentals can be rented individually or together for larger groups.
The spacious modern kitchens are the vacation rentals crowning jewels. With stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, great lighting, and basic cookware and utensils, you’ll love whipping up tasty meals in these beautiful kitchens. The spacious island provides enough space for your big family meals and gatherings. The nearby dining area features natural lighting, tasteful decor, and a table that makes a great gathering spot for mealtimes and game nights.
After a long day of skiing at Heavenly, Kirkwood, or Sierra-at-Tahoe, these vacation rentals in Tahoe have an open concept living rooms which offer the perfect setting to stretch out beside a roaring fire, put your feet up, and tell stories from an exciting day. Adjacent the gas burning fireplace, you’ll appreciate a wide screen television, with more than enough seating for the whole group to comfortably enjoy.

Bunkroom: Twin bunk beds, full sized bed, two floor mattresses (stored under the bunk bed and full bed), dedicated workspace (desk with chair), 45" TV.
Refresh
The vacation homes are professionally cleaned and we stock with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, & body wash, quality towels and linens. We provide enough towels (a few beach towels too!) and linens for the amount of guests that are booked to stay with you.
Be Mindful
♡ Due to guests/co-owners/family members with life-threatening allergies, who regularly use their Tahoe vacation homes, we are required to keep the vacation home rentals allergen/animal free. We love animals but, unfortunately, no pets (this includes small dogs). This includes ESA's etc... Our owners and their families frequently use the vacation rentals and so individuals with severe life-threatening allergies require that our "Animal Free" vacation home rentals must be kept safe from ALL animal dander and allergens. If you have a service animal or ESA, please only rent one of our "Pet Friendly" vacation home rentals.

Entire vacation home rental is a completely private rental - *please note that there is a shared (only shared with other guests of the neighboring 5 homes) large landscaped backyard.
Other Things To Note
No early check-ins or late check-outs permitted
In order to comply with the City of South Lake Tahoe's Vacation Rental Ordinance for occupancy and parking the exterior of this vacation home rental is monitored by a video camera. Each vacation home rental has one security cameras facing the front yard/driveway area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons only, In the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
